Institute of Customer Service Cameroon offers 2 internship positions for Customer Experience research and Audit Positions.  This is a learning position that will give the candidates the tools to take challenging careers in Customer Experience and Quality Audits. 

Key task will include: 

  • Customer Experience research support services 
  • Customer experience reports and market study assistance. 
  • Customer Experience Benchmarking assistant 
  • Mystery shopping roles 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Bachelors in Business or Social science, Master’s degree will be preferred.
  • No work experience needed 

Desired skills:

  • Ability to multitask and ready to learn and master core Customer Experience skills 
  • Smart and intellectually mature. 
  • Logical thinking and positive minded
