POSITION: BRANCH MANAGERS
Number of position: 04
OBJECTIVE: To implement the company policies in respect of the company’s purpose, vision and values.
Evaluation shall be based on the following key areas
DIRECT RESULT CENTRE (DRC)
? SALES PERFORMANCE
? CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
? SELF IMPROVEMENT AND COACHING
? EQUITY BULIDING
The job of a branch manager is attained at the level of Loans when:
? At any point in time, at least 55% of share saving should be productive
? The pay back ratio on loans should be at least 96%
? The loan security should be 100%
? The interest on total money loaned out is at least 7% of total loans
The job of a branch manager is attained at the level of Sales performance when:
? All sellers reach at least 95% of their individual quota each month.
? All sellers have reached at least 100% of their annual quota.
? Product type sales reach at least 90% of the set goals
? He reaches 100% of his personal goal for the year
The job of a branch manager is attained at the level of customer satisfaction when:
? He observes less than 5 customer complains per trimester
? The company has a good reputation in the market place (local and government authorities)
? When the customer retention rate is more than 95%
? At least 20% of new customers come from referral
? All employees present each product with a high degree of excellence and consistency.
The job of a branch manager is attained at the level of self improvement and coaching when:
? He participates in all monthly training
? Must attain at least two outdoor capacity building seminars per years.
? He reads and recommends at least 6 books to his team members per year
? All employees will give a similar answer for each question or problem at anytime.
? Client treatment is similar no matter who the client deals with in the company.
? All employees know what is considered good performance or attitude.
The job of a branch manager is attained at the level of equity building when:
? He registers at least 2 new local share holders per month.
? The total amount of local committee shares is at least 15 million francs CFA
? His branch should break even in the first year of existence
? He gives a detail account of the total branch asset at his disposal at any time
? At least 3 years experience in microfinance field or equivalent.
? Top position in a microfinance establishment will be added advantage.
Negotiable according to the profile but with added advantages based on performance
EDUCATION: a bachelor’s degree or HND in banking and finance or accounting.
AGE: Aged= 25 to 30 years.

? Good mastery of how microfinance functions.
? Spirit of initiative
? Self motivated and resilient
? Can work under pressure
? Goal oriented and ambitious
? Great interpersonal skills.
? Ready to work anywhere in Cameroon.
