The firm FIDACO (Fiduciaire Audit Conseil) is seeking on behalf of one of its clients, a commercial insurance broker in the sale of insurance to increase its activities.
Main Responsibilities
• Implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
• Prospect and create a database for tracking potential clients
• Understand the needs and requirements of individual companies or clients and sell appropriate coverage plans
Main tasks
• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
• Monitoring of prospects.
requirements
• Higher Diploma in Insurance
• Sales / marketing experience
• At least two (2) years of work experience with proven capabilities as sales representative of insurance
• Good understanding of insurance plans including auto, fire, life, health, etc.
• Good command of Microsoft Office and report writing skills
• Perfectly bilingual (English and French)
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
• Experience in providing client-centered solutions and building lasting relationships
• Working as a team.
