HR ASSISTANT JUNIOR

JOB MISSIONS?:

 

  • Assist the HR Manager in the production of job description and identifying key competencies for each role; ensure that all members of staff have a job description;

 

  • Participation in the recruitment of A to Z: publication of the offer, screen CVs ,interviews ;

 

  • Manage the support and professional staff preferred supplier list (PSL) ensuring that fees are kept to an absolute minimum;

 

  • Liaison with the payroll department for all documents relating to employees (contracts, riders, salaries, various couriers…);

 

  • Assist the other HR Assistant with all administration related to joiners and leavers as required;

 

  • Ensure the welfare and social security of employees;

 

  • Assist HR in tasks related to learning, assessment and development of skills;

 

  • Assist HR in all activities related to personnel administration (constitution personnel files, maternity leave, work accident);

 

  • Knowledge and understanding of all the firm’s policies and their practical application in order to provide advice and support to all staff.

 

JOB PROFILE?:

  • Male/female aged at least 26 years old;

 

  • Have a degree in human resource or business law or equivalent degree;

 

  • Have At least 1 year working experience in legal or professional services environment;

 

  • Knowledge of latest developments within employment legislation;

 

  • Excellent communication both written and verbal;

 

  • More flexible to learn an react variable sector of activity

 

  • Must be able to multi-task and keep calm under pressure;

 

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft excel and word an HR database skills;

 

  • Bilingual.

 

  • Knowledge in payroll Process must be appreciated
