Role and Responsibilities

The role of Human Resources Assistant is to assist in the day-to-day implementation of responsibilities related to the functions of Human Resources Management.

    
Assists in the implementation of HR support functions in accordance with the action plan.
    
Assist in the updating of personnel files and files, including contracts, leave, sickness, assessments, etc. and ensure archiving.
    
Provide support in recruitment processes when needed, including advertisements, filling applications, calling candidates, arranging interview locations etc.
    
Follow administrative procedures concerning expatriate staff: obtaining messages, visas, and other
    
Receive, distribute and record mails, documents and reports, HR, administrative and financial documents in accordance with procedures
    
Greet and guide visitors to the NRC office.
    
Assist in establishing monthly reports for HR, administration, and all other interfaces.

    
Skills and Qualification

    
Three years' professional experience as HR Assistant ideally in an international NGO and in a humanitarian context.
    
At least Bachelor or equivalent in Human Resources
    
Proven results on the responsibilities of the position.
    
Experience working in file filing and administration.
    
Ability to work in a multicultural organization with members from diverse cultures and backgrounds
    
Proficiency in Word and Excel
    
Speak and write French easily. English an asset.
