The insurance and reinsurance brokerage company - RENASSUR, headquartered in the city of Yaoundé, is seeking, as part of its commercial development strategy, a Commercial Insurance Manager to complete its teams. You will pilot and animate a sales team, composed of 5 to 20 people, in order to develop and defend a client portfolio in insurance (B2B and B2C).
Higher education (BACC + 2 minimum) in commercial action, insurance bank, marketing and aged between 22 - 35 years. You must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a commercial manager (in the field of personal insurance) leading you to be recognized for your managerial qualities, for your ability to federate and animate your Teams in a highly competitive environment. Your technical mastery of collective products in Insurance and their sales methodology will allow you to accompany the members of your team and develop their skills.
In this context, your main activities will be the following:
Develop strategic thinking and advise the Director; To lay down the orientations of the annual action plans; Develop a commercial action plan, including identified areas of exploration, overseeing operational declination; Conduct marketing analyzes and develop sales strategies; Implement sales strategies for RENASSUR products; Ensure customer relations in the Yaoundé market; Realize the sales objectives agreed with the RENESSAR General Management; Ensure the management of the commercial activity: studies of opportunities, budgetary follow-up, follow-up of the turnover and technical and financial accounts; Conduct the commercial management of teams and ensure the correct application of business processes (follow-up of objectives / action plans, reports, use of CRM, ...); Ensure coordination between sales teams; Ensure a strategic watch (market, regulatory changes ...).
You have an in-depth knowledge of the Mutuelles environment, its markets, its strategies, actors and offers; You are in charge of the operation of contractual agreements in portfolios, as well as the principles of management and financial analysis; You have a proven track record of commercial negotiation, combined with a developed sense of customer service; You are recognized for your relational sense and your leadership but also for your proactivity and your capacity to be force of proposal You are seasoned in team management and activity steering You are looking for more challenge and recognized as a very dynamic and motivated person, this job is for you.

Contract type: Fixed term contract: 03 mois essays Fixed salary: 80,000 FCFA + Commission; With the possibility after three months of growth to grow each month the 20% wage if objective achieved. Resident in the vicinity of mimboman, kouabang, nkomo, essos Ngousso would be an asset.
