Position: Office Manager

Duties and Responsibilities  

·         Will be involved in the everyday running of operations

·         Keeping track of clients’ records, payment transactions, preparing and issuing of mission orders.

·         Will be in charge of managing office equipment

·         Will coordinate all the various teams of the company to keep track of all activities

·         Shall make payment of bills and invoices and keep track of debtors and creditors.

·         Schedule meetings and keep appointments

·         Prepare memos

·         Receive and send out couriers

·         Combine and summarize project reports

·         Debrief and take minutes for morning meetings

·         Liaise with other service providers and administrative authorities

·         Manage all office resources

·         Supervise administrative procedures within the office

·         Manage petty cash and minor accounting

Requirements

·         Must be able to work in Microsoft office suite

·         Must be able to speak and write English and French efficiently

·         Must have a first degree in any related discipline.

·         Must at least have a two years working experience.

·         Must be able to work under pressure to meet up deadlines.

·         Must be able to keep clients confidentiality as to the nature of work we do.

·         Must not do work which is not S&O’s in our offices.

·         Must be VERY time and work conscious.

·         Should have a national ID and certificate of non-conviction.

·         Must appear extremely neat at all times and be prepared to speak well of the organization in the public.

·         Above all must be very polite to all contacts but equally should not compromise work ethics.
