your role

Main missions :

    
Ensure the commercial development of its geographical sector
    
Develop new markets by prospecting new customers
    
Ensure the recruitment and development of indirect sales partnerships for all channels within its geographic area
    
Ensure the smooth running of the indirect sales activities in its area of ??competence
    
Ensure the management of its client portfolio
    
Ensure the reporting of its activity

Main activities :

    
Detecting, prospecting and recruiting national brands carrying out a specific activity via a network of agencies or representations specific to them,
    
Coordinate and develop the partnership with the distribution structures of its geographical sector
    
Analyze the activity of distribution structures, negotiate orders, update the statistical elements of the activity of its sector.
    
Participate in the definition of action plans for resale of traffic to operators,
    
Establish monthly a mapping of the coverage of traffic resellers in its sector,
    
Analyze the activity of the resellers of its sector and update the statistical elements of this activity.
    
Controlling zebra and STK stocks in its sector
    
Contributing to the success of Trade Marketing actions aimed at the world of traffic dealers
    
Manage the claims of the traffic dealers on a daily basis in accordance with the directives given by the hierarchy
    
Dedicate at least 80% of his / her time to prospecting and field visits (accompaniment)
    
Conduct regular visits to the structures of its sector and increase the level and structure of product stocks
    
Monitor the achievement of the objectives of stakeholders in its sector
    
Implement various actions in the structures to raise the level of sales of the products (CAG, pouches, zebra)
    
Accompany the sales force of the structures of its sector in the marketing of Orange products
    
Organize meetings, sessions to upgrade knowledge products and services of the sellers of structures monitored
    
Ensure availability of products (SIM cards, packs, CAG, zebra) in the Orange Shop
    
Ensure the proper functioning of the applications available in the structures especially in the Orange Shop.
    
Identify and monitor the resolution of all difficulties inherent in the service and the Orange domain, to the competent department
    
Conduct regular outlet visits to identify inventory levels and structure
    
Ensure the availability of products (SIM cards, packs, AGCs, zebra) in quantity and quality in retail outlets by triggering orders if there is insufficient product presence.
    
Provide / supervise the installation, maintenance and refresh of POS
    
Ensure the good visibility of the points of sale by proposing the deployment of a suitable POS,
    
Ensure good merchandising in points dedicated to the sale of Orange Cameroon products
    
Organize permanent meetings with the Orange Shop sales force to ensure a good feedback from the field
    
Identify the training needs of the Orange Shop sales force and initiate, in collaboration with the Training Department, appropriate actions
    
Ensuring competitive intelligence
    
To highlight all the highlights of his / her area of ??expertise
    
Conduct daily, weekly and monthly (quantitative and qualitative) reporting of its activities

your profile

Education-type: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing or Management

Minimum experience: 2 years at a position of commercial field, of salesman, or of animator Trade marketing
