Paid internship for young graduates at the EU Delegation in Cameroon (Politics and Trade sections)
Are you a young graduate interested in international relations? Do you want to know more about working in a diplomatic mission and how an EU delegation promotes EU policies and values ??in Cameroon?
What are we proposing?
A 6-month internship in the Politics, Press and Information section and the Trade section of the EU Delegation to Cameroon.
Contribute to specific research on the evolution of the political, economic, private sector, trade and security situation;
Participate in and report on internal and external meetings and conferences
Contribute to the preparation of press releases and social media content, and contribute, if necessary, to the daily press review of the Delegation;
Help organize conferences, meetings, cultural events, etc. of the EU Delegation.
Being a citizen of Cameroon, a Member State of the European Union or a candidate country that has already signed an Accession Treaty;
Be holder of at least a License (BAC + 3), before the signing of the internship agreement, preferably in political science, international relations, journalism / communication, economics or law;
Have a maximum of one year of professional experience acquired after graduation;
Have a maximum of six weeks of experience in one of the EU institutions;
Have excellent knowledge of French and English (working languages ??of the Delegation), both orally and in writing.

Each selected trainee will receive a monthly stipend to cover his or her living expenses. However, the cost of travel, insurance, accommodation and visa must be borne by the trainee.
Applications from ineligible candidates will not be considered. After the evaluation of all applications, short-listed candidates will be contacted and invited for a written test and interview. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified by e-mail. If the selected candidate can not provide the required documents, his / her application will be rejected.
