Mission:

    
The administrative management of the personnel;

 

    
Ensure the maintenance of personnel files;
    
Follow the discipline of the staff and manage their administrative position (attendance, leave and absence);
    
Perform and follow the hiring and firing procedures;
    
Ensure the staff rating;
    
Monitor the execution of staff health insurance contracts;
    
Ensure the relations CNPS;
    
Manage honors;
    
Promote and manage actions and social services for staff;
    
Follow medical and administrative procedures of Occupational and Health Medicine;
    
Ensure the implementation of training plans, retraining and staff development;
    
Propose the redeployment of staff;
    
Manage staffing, career and staff skills.
    
Ensure the organization of ceremonies and parties;
    
Develop, implement and monitor the solidarity policy and actions, in relation with the organizations concerned;

Management of the administrative and financial team
    
Define the general guidelines of the accounting unit based on strategic decisions;
    
Organize, supervise and coordinate all activities under its responsibility by ensuring the adequacy of needs and human and material resources;
    
Monitor achievements and implement corrective measures and monitor their effectiveness;

Liaise with the specialized financial controller based in Yaoundé;
    
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and administrative tax obligations;

Analysis and control of accounts;
    
Check and sign bank reconciliation statements and ensure daily monitoring of bank accounts;
    
Provide daily monitoring of financial flows and cash management;
    
Ensure the financial balance of the company, optimal management of cash flow;
    
Manage financial investments;
    
Study and monitor the management of the most economically sound investments and finance;
    
Supervise the inventory of property and equipment of the company;
    
Budget monitoring;
    
Internal Control Management;
    
Study, decision support for projects and project monitoring (profitability and risk management);
    
Control and report the activities under his responsibility to the Director;
    
Coordination of monthly or quarterly closing of accounts;
    
Preparation of annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement ...);
    
Establishment of the Statistical and Tax Declaration (DSF);
    
Production at the end of the financial year of the Administrative Account (CA) and the Management Account (CG) and other administrative and legal documents;

Profile:

    
Graduate of higher education (BAC +4 or 5), (accounting and finance or other relevant discipline).
    
5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position and good knowledge of public and private accounting.
    
Pragmatism: to be in adequacy with the objectives and the specific constraints of the company.
    
Ability to dialogue and negotiate with all services and with suppliers.
    
Ability to handle very different topics, great organizational skills, adaptability and responsiveness.
    
Ability to anticipate the economic and financial consequences of daily activities.
    
Availability, high working capacity: knowing how to solve daily problems, follow the evolution of current files, manage the business cases;
    
Good knowledge of NICT software and management packages
