Job Title: Senior Procurement Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
The Sr. Procurement Business Development Manager will develop end-to-end procurement processes for the business. Utilizing a flexible management style that allows for effective strategic and tactical process development, the Sr. Procurement Business Development Manager will focus on managing direct and indirect purchases, improving operational efficiencies, and the development of a metrics system to track supplier performance.
Required Qualifications:
-MSc in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other applicable discipline
-5+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Commodity Management
-3+ years of experience in leadership capacity
- Ability to develop a performance metrics and review process for the supply base
-Ability to Determine and minimize risk factors in the supply base
-Strong ERP skills
-Strong database skills
Desired Qualifications:
-MBA
-CPM, CPIM, or CSCP certification
