G4S, the world’s leading international security solutions group has a vacancy for a Technical Sales Lead based in Doula Cameroon..

 

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales professional to develop and grow this segment of our activities, either from new clients or from existing portfolio.

 

Responsibilities

  • Contact and visit prospective customers to propose company’s services
  • Generate new revenue stream from existing customers through careful identification of specific needs and proposal of adequate solutions
  • Build and maintain excellent relationship with customers
  • Maintain sales records and prepares sales reports as required
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes, policy and ethics
  • Active participation to all marketing events, and promote company’s brand and image
  • Full adherence to corporate values, ethics and ways of doing business
  • Ensure smooth liaison between Sales & Technical department in order to harmonize sales & service delivery
  • Perfect usage of salesforce

 

Requirements

  • Minimum BAC+3, preferably in IT, telecom or engineering
  • 3 years’ experience in B2B Sales or Business development
  • Experience in the software sales or IT/Telecom would be an advantage
  • Commercial flair and passion for customer service
  • High level of integrity
  • Perfect mastery of English & French
