POSITION MISSION:

Under the supervision of the store manager PF:

    
Take inventory of finished products from the factory.
    
Keep MPF tidy and clean.
    
Preparing deliveries
    
Ensure boarding of orders
    
Preparing period inventories
    
Report to Store Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    
Ensure the physical reception of finished products from production in accordance with the procedure in force.
    
Keep the finished goods receipt file up to date
    
Ensure physical return to production of non-conforming stocks according to the procedure in force.
    
Keep records of return to production up to date
    
Registry update and internal complaint handling
    
Identification and physical follow-up of product returns
    
Maintain physical inventories by respecting FIFO
    
Maintain inventory records.
    
Make a weekly inventory of the physical inventory with a record and justify any deviations from the hierarchy.
    
Ensure the marking of stocks (obsolete, date of production, ...).
    
Ensure that the PF magazine storage plan is respected
    
Perform all other tasks assigned by the hierarchy.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

    
BTS or equivalent degree
    
3 years minimum as a storekeeper.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

    
Good knowledge of the company's activities.
    
Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases
    
Good Spirit of Analysis

Good resistance to stress
    
Timeliness, rigor, efficiency
    
Integrity and discretion
    
Bilingualism (English / French).
